Of Bread and Toast

Recently, my preference for toast has been overcome by an uncanny craving for bread with a slice of cheese and chocolate spread. Though toast offers unparalleled crispiness with each munch, the risk of the bread being burnt is always present. A risk that extends pleasure to the courageous and patient. Now, plain bread. It is present, nondescript, safe. It is up to the consumer to fashion it's blandness.

So heavy is the burden of choosing between the two that I hold so very dear. Alas, there can only be one.

...which got me thinking, why then must I limit myself to the two, when there is always cereal and oatmeal?

Aisyah-Ahaha, yes, yes I am. It's the holidays, and I haven't been doing anything at all. Suddenly everything else seems so mundane. Do you see where this is going?
