Request by Doujiru-san

Doujiru-san requested that I post this up. So here it is, doujiru-san. A top 5 list of my favorite dishes...

  1. Sardines. Any form of dish that includes sardines, I like.
  2. Fried Rice. Any form would do and currently holding a deep affection towards Nasi Goreng Pattaya. I'd just like to note that the variation of Fried Rice in Malaysia is staggering. Choices range from Nasi Goreng Kampung to Nasi Goreng USA (?!). And yes, they do have Nasi Goreng Pattaya here in Brisbane. Ada dimasak di 65 Mitre St...Malangnya penggunaan telur yang berlebihan merupakan suatu isu sensitif dikalangan penghuni rumah ini...
  3. Tomyam. Preferably the ones that are unreasonably spicy that it makes one teary.
  4. Nasi Kandar. True Penangite to the very last bone, kan Joel?
  5. Mum's cooking. No question there.
Am I a Pacman? Not really. But there are moments though...

Salam, maybe now you can write a review on the many types of sardines found here...or write about the best way to cook those sardines...hahaha

Sardines here are basically differentiated through brand. Ayam Brand's Sardines are the best for me. Best way to cook...I have no idea. Out from the can, straight into the pan and BAM! One sardine dish ready to be served...Masakan orang bujang doesn't really require much creativity...or effort for that matter.

Yeah, CINTA had that cheesy sort of like taste to the sardines but Ayam Brand definately comes out tops.
