Talking Alphabets

At times, I feel words restrict the gravity of a situation. One can only tell so much by saying “I’m great, thanks”. Emotions are funny assets that we have if you think about it really. They’re like a living abstract, floating around us, and are summoned without knowledge and permission. Sometimes they tell us what to do, dictate us on following actions but we don’t necessarily understand them. And yet we use them incessantly without fully appreciating the consequence, because we are desperately in need of them. We then feel the need of expressing, as it alleviates the heavy burden of containing this emotion entity. Of the many methods of expression, I would say words are quite popular. But at times words can only tell so much. And yet we try as we might, because in the end, it will all be worth the effort.

At least that's what we tell ourselves.
