Two Words That Could've Made All the Difference

Today I went to the bank to change my ATM card. 2 machines rejected my card, figured its high time I got it changed. Apparently, one of the requirements to get one's card replaced is to have the bank book along, and I left that in Penang *hard facepalm*

And yet things went my way today. The bank manager took a pity to me, offered to replace the bank card without the bank book, but not without a solid reminder that I shouldn't be using the phone in the bank hall area (was calling Mum about my bank details. Who knew?). And on the plus side, the car decided to stop making squeaky sounds every time I hit an uneven surface.

I was convinced that it must've been the sunny weather after the rather stormy weekend. Things were good for once.

Somehow I forgot to thank the bank manager for her kindness. Realized this while driving back to work, and I felt awful. Thank you, it's a game changer. It is too often that people neglect to exercise this kindness upon others. I have so many things to be thankful for.

Thankful for the fine weather (and thank you for the dark clouds that made me appreciate the sun even more).

Thankful for the chance to draw breath (again).

Thankful for an amazing family (that forever believed in me).

Thankful for wonderful friends (though infuriating at times they may be...haha).

Thankful for hearty laughters from strangers (that made me believe that life isn't that depressing)

Thankful for having something to believe in.

Thankful because I have an unwavering Faith.

Thankful for the hope that you gave me, however slim that may be. Thank you, even if it was a moments hope.
